General Terms. The following terms and conditions apply to all Today’s Deals unless otherwise required by federal, state or local law:

• By placing an Order on a Today’s Deal, you are offering to purchase the Today’s Deal at a set price from the Advertiser. The Today’s Deal allows you to purchase a face value of goods/services/tickets for a reduced price. Various restrictions may apply to the use of a Today’s Deal which restrictions are set forth on the Today’s Deal itself. In addition, the Today’s Deal is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
• You must create an account in order to purchase a Today’s Deal. This is required so we can process your purchase, and provide you with easy access to print your Today’s Deal, view your past purchases and modify your preferences. Once you have created an account, you will be allowed to purchase Today’s Deals without re-registering.
• Today’s Deals are redeemable for the good/services/ tickets specified in the Today’s Deal only from the Advertiser. Today’s Deals are not redeemable from Madison.com or any third party other than the Advertiser. Today’s Deals may not be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to an account. Advertiser is solely responsible for all customer services associated with redemption of the Today’s Deal and all complaints should be directed to the Advertiser.
• Unless otherwise set forth in the Today’s Deal, the Today’s Deal may only be used once. The Today’s Deal must also be used prior to the Today’s Deal’s expiration date. You will not be entitled to receive cash for any unused portion of the face value of the Today’s Deal. However, except for tickets to an event, for a period of five years from the Today’s Deal’s issue date, you are entitled to receive redemption credit equal to the difference between the cash value you paid for the Today’s Deal minus the amount you have redeemed, if any, but only from the Advertiser.
• Today’s Deal will be activated 24-hours after your credit card has been charged.
• Today’s Deals are marked with a unique code number. Neither the Advertiser nor Madison.com (or their affiliates, vendors or assigns) are responsible for stolen Today’s Deals. In the event a Today’s Deal has been lost or destroyed, please contact us at (877) 843-2900 or 608-252-6200 and a new Today’s Deal will be issued to you at no charge. However, if you attempt to use a Today’s Deal that has already been redeemed, your replacement Today’s Deal will not be redeemable.
• In the event an issue arises related to your inability to print a Today’s Deal or related to inappropriate charges to your credit card, please contact our vendor, Second Street Media/Deadline Deals, at (877) 843-2900 or use the email form at http://go.madison.com/todaysdeal under the Feedback link.
• The Advertiser is responsible for any and all claims related to or arising out of the use of the Today’s Deal including, without limitation, claims for injury, illness, damages, negligence, costs and attorneys’ fees. Madison.com and its affiliates and assigns are not responsible for any damages including, without limitation, the inability to redeem a Today’s Deal, related to an Advertiser’s going out of business or filing for bankruptcy.

Restaurant Today’s Deals: The following additional terms and conditions apply to Today’s Deals redeemed for food/beverages unless otherwise required by federal, state or local law:

• Today’s Deals may not be redeemed for alcoholic beverages unless otherwise specified or permitted by the Advertiser and if allowed, shall be in compliance with federal, state and local law.
• Today’s Deal may not be combined with any other Today’s Deals, certificates, vouchers, or promotions, unless otherwise specified or permitted by the Advertiser.
• Today’s Deal may not be used for taxes, tips, or other gratuities, unless otherwise specified or permitted by Advertiser.
• Today’s Deal is valid for dine-in only unless otherwise specified or permitted by Advertiser.

Goods Today’s Deals: The following additional terms and conditions apply to Today’s Deals redeemed for goods/products unless otherwise required by federal, state or local law:

• Today’s Deal may not be combined with any other Today’s Deals, certificates, vouchers, or promotions, unless otherwise specified or permitted by the Advertiser.
• Today’s Deal may not be used for taxes, shipping fees and handling charges, unless otherwise specified or permitted by Advertiser.

Services Today’s Deals: The following additional terms and conditions apply to Today’s Deals redeemed for services unless otherwise required by federal, state or local law:

• Today’s Deal may not be combined with any other Today’s Deals, certificates, vouchers, or promotions, unless otherwise specified or permitted by the Advertiser.
• Today’s Deal may not be used for taxes, tips, or other gratuities, unless otherwise specified or permitted by Advertiser.
• Services must take place at Advertiser’s place of business unless otherwise specified or permitted by Advertiser.

Today’s Deals for admission to events: The following additional terms and conditions apply to Today’s Deals for admission to events (or Today’s Deals redeemed for tickets to events) unless otherwise required by federal, state or local law:

• Today’s Deal may not be combined with any other Today’s Deals, certificates, vouchers, or promotions, unless otherwise specified or permitted by the Advertiser.
• If the Today’s Deal is for tickets to an event or the Today’s Deal allows you admission to an event and you (i) fail to use the Today’s Deal for admission to the event, (ii) you redeem the Today’s Deal for tickets to the event but fail to use them for the event or (iii) you do not redeem the Today’s Deal for the tickets, you will not be entitled to any refund, redemption, credit or exchange.
